So from all my work I had an idea that something might have gone wrong with my diet during the summer of 2012 because that’s something I’ve been working with a lot. And I went back and looked at all my meal observations and I found that actually that diet during 2012 there was gluten which is called [[FODMAP]] which includes complex sugars, I ate more dairy, foods with histamine in.

So one of the other indicators is like my sleep time, and each little dot is an observation of some sleep. So if you see sleep down at the bottom that means I’ve actually having to take naps during the day. And some days you see a series of sleep that means I was so fatigued I had to take several naps during the afternoon, and that happened during the summer of 2012.
