:: Late follow-up but I guess I'd say ... if the notes bring attention to information or ideas that is otherwise publicly available then it seems fine to add stuff about those topics, based on the public information available elsewhere. But I don't think the notes should be used as a primary source: it's unplanned informal discussion, and the notes may also have errors and gaps.
