Overdiagnosis is finding problems that are not there because of too much checking. <ref>https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4567356/</ref><ref>https://www.worldcat.org/title/overdiagnosed-making-people-sick-in-the-pursuit-of-health/oclc/610837006</ref>  Since self tracking involves lots and lots of checking, it will likely contribute to overdiagnosis in the future.
