Before trying interventions user should look for the ones most likely to work based on public knowledge. Beginners should just look around the wiki and surf the links out to find basic common knowledge about a topic. Often user will want to look into more detail, obscurity or to the cutting edge of science for interventions. Some of the communities like rNootropics and rNutrition compile great lists of research conducted and advice.
