Yes, it's a topic. Incidentally, Slimemold mentions it only briefly but there is a whole book by Tim Steele about the subject that includes most of what you'd want to know. [[user:sprague|sprague]]

-: I put it under "tool", because we had talked about "interventions" as tools at some point. But I agree that it is a bit confusing and that I would 'naturally' count it as a topic rather than a tool.
