This is an open source Spaced Repetition SRS app. It may be usable for Cognitive Testing. Spacing is very useful in learning.^[1] It should be noted that flashcards like this are most popular for simple cue-question and fast response like with learning an new language^[2] or studying for medical school.^[3] Many bring up concerns about using flashcards for more complicated knowledge.
