App^[1] on android^[2] and iOS.

Free for almost all features then 5$ once. Exports to csv. No analytics worth talking about. Can be used to take notes. More importantly activity time slots can have notes underneath them allowing user to record custom metrics, e.g. what position they slept in. The interface for time tracking is not as good as it could be. Also has a symptoms survey which is quick and easy to use but does not automatically notify user to fill it out.
