The app is free for almost all features but some require a one-time purchase of around $5. The app allows for data exports to CSV format and does not provide detailed analytics. It can be used to take [[notes]] and activity time slots can have notes underneath them allowing user to record custom metrics, e.g. what position they slept in.
The interface for [[time tracking]] is not as good as it could be. Also has a symptoms [[survey]] which is quick and easy to use but does not automatically notify user to fill it out.
