I think this a good place to send beginners (like from getting started) and also these seem like the pages that most should be of good quality. Stress is a stub by the way.

I don't think it all needs to be necessarily be highly academic citations, I think for some of the reasons for/against self-tracking the QS subreddit or forums etc. will be just fine. Having said that: The Overland maps should work just as well, e.g. https://exploratory.openhumans.org/notebook/87/ is a simple example.
