This page is about tracking physical activity. It is not to be confused with Active Tracking. Activity tracking typically describes the act of tracking physical activity[1] and is frequently measured through metrics such as steps, calories burned, distance walked/run, heart rate and related proxies for physical activity.

The tracking of activity more broadly are typically variations of time tracking or productivity tracking.
