Thoughts from wiki page making meeting:
* restricting creating links (e.g. account creation necessary), make links not appear in search engines to remove incentives for spam, it is important to create policies that can be cited, so that spam deletion does not seem arbitrary (what is trash, what is not trash?)
* Thoughts: people who create/edit a page are on the watchlist, so they get notifications if somebody makes changes - [[User:Katoss|Katoss]] ([[User talk:Katoss|talk]]) 16:24, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
